The District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF) is a Community Action and Development Fund (CADFund) supported by the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA). Under Section 100(2) of Act 896, all contributions are recognized by the GRA as donations to a worthwhile cause and qualify for tax deductions.
Backed by Article 252(6) of the 1992 Constitution and Local Government Act 936, the Fund partners with certified businesses, social groups, and agencies to drive sustainable development across districts.
